In August 2025, a delegation of senior technical and procurement personnel from a well-known Russian industrial enterprise paid an in-depth visit to our laboratory. The purpose of this visit was to conduct on-site inspections of our R&D strength and production capacity, gain a comprehensive understanding of the performance, working principle and structural design of our Scanning Acoustic Microscope (SAM), and verify the equipment's applicability to the Russian market through on-site tests, which injected new vitality into the in-depth cooperation between both parties in the field of non-destructive testing.
Our company attached great importance to this visit and arranged a professional reception team composed of senior R&D engineers and international sales managers. After a warm reception, the Russian customer delegation first visited our R&D center and production workshop, where they carefully inspected the R&D process of the ultrasonic scanning microscope, the assembly line of core components, and the strict quality inspection procedures. The customers highly praised our standardized production management system and strong R&D technical strength, and expressed full recognition for our commitment to providing high-quality non-destructive testing equipment.
As the core focus of this visit, our Scanning Acoustic Microscope (SAM) has attracted the full attention of the Russian customer delegation. Our senior R&D engineer gave a detailed and professional explanation to the delegation, focusing on the core working principle of the equipment: using high-frequency ultrasound (5MHz-300MHz) to detect the shape, size, location and distribution of internal defects in semiconductor devices, wafers and other materials, and displaying the test results in the form of high-resolution waveforms and images. At the same time, the engineer also elaborated on the equipment's core structural advantages, including the magnetic levitation scanning axis with high precision (0.5μm resolution) and high speed, multi-mode scanning functions (A Scan, B Scan, C Scan, etc.), and non-destructive testing technology that is harmless to devices and human bodies.
To fully demonstrate the performance and practical effect of the ultrasonic scanning microscope, our team carried out on-site verification tests as required by the Russian customers. The engineers operated the equipment to conduct real-time scanning tests on semiconductor samples provided by the customers, and accurately detected tiny defects such as pores, cracks and delaminations in the samples. During the test, the customers closely observed the operation process, asked in detail about the key parameters such as scanning speed, image resolution and defect recognition accuracy, and conducted in-depth technical exchanges with our team on the customization of scanning range and the adaptation of the equipment to extreme working environments (low temperature, strong vibration) in Russia.
The on-site test results fully demonstrated the high precision, high efficiency and stability of our ultrasonic scanning microscope, which perfectly met the customer's testing needs for semiconductor devices and electronic components. The Russian customer delegation highly affirmed the performance of the equipment, and said that the equipment's advanced technology and reliable quality are in line with the development needs of the Russian non-destructive testing industry, and have broad application prospects in the fields of semiconductor manufacturing, electronic component testing and industrial quality control in Russia.
During the in-depth exchange, both parties focused on the cooperation mode, product customization, after-sales service and other issues. The Russian customer delegation expressed their intention to carry out in-depth cooperation with our company, and hoped to introduce our ultrasonic scanning microscope into the Russian market to meet the growing demand for high-precision non-destructive testing equipment in the local industry. Our team stated that we will fully combine the market characteristics and technical needs of Russia, provide customized product solutions and professional after-sales technical support for the customer, and work together to promote the development of the non-destructive testing industry in both countries.
This visit not only strengthened the mutual understanding and trust between our company and the Russian customer, but also further expanded our influence in the Russian market and laid a solid foundation for exploring the Eurasian non-destructive testing market. In the future, we will continue to adhere to the concept of technological innovation, focus on the core needs of global customers, continuously optimize the performance of ultrasonic scanning microscopes, and provide more high-quality, high-performance non-destructive testing equipment and services for customers around the world, achieving win-win cooperation with global partners.
